Information stored on your device
ScopeGlow stores the information you enter—such as client and company names, project details, services, prices, contact information, brand profiles, logos, portfolio images, proposal status, and reminders—in private app storage on your device. ScopeGlow has no account system and no developer-operated cloud backend. We do not receive this proposal content.
Subscriptions
If you view, buy, or restore ScopeGlow Pro, Google Play processes the transaction and RevenueCat, Inc. helps validate the purchase and keep your Pro entitlement current. RevenueCat receives purchase history and an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier, together with limited transaction context such as locale and currency. ScopeGlow does not send RevenueCat your proposal content, client details, portfolio images, or contact details.
Optional rewarded advertising
Free PDFs normally include a ScopeGlow mark. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to remove that mark from one export. Google AdMob and its consent service may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad or app-set identifiers, app and ad interactions such as launches, taps, and video views, consent choices, and diagnostic information. These data may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on your location and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads. ScopeGlow never sends proposal content, client details, prices, portfolio images, PDFs, backups, or brand profiles to AdMob.
How information is used
- On-device information is used only to provide the features you request, including previews, PDFs, reminders, local analytics, and backups.
- Purchase information is used for app functionality, subscription restoration, fraud prevention, and aggregate subscription analytics.
- Advertising data is processed only when supported by your applicable consent and privacy choices. ScopeGlow does not sell personal information.
Your choices and deletion
You choose when to export or share a PDF or backup and whether to use a rewarded ad. Where required, ScopeGlow shows Google's consent form before requesting ads and provides an advertising privacy options entry point in Settings so you can revisit your choices. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android settings.
- Delete an individual proposal from its preview screen. ScopeGlow removes the proposal and any portfolio files that are not used elsewhere.
- Uninstall ScopeGlow to remove its local app data, subject to Android backup behavior. Any backup file that you exported remains wherever you chose to save it until you delete that file.
- To request deletion of the anonymous subscription record processed for ScopeGlow Pro, open a request with the contact link below. Do not put personal information, proposal content, or device identifiers in the public request; the developer will provide a private follow-up method if an identifier is needed.
Local content is deleted when you delete it in the app or remove the app. A requested RevenueCat customer-record deletion will be processed after the record can be identified. Google Play may retain transaction records, and Google AdMob may retain advertising or consent records, when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.
Security and retention
Local content remains in Android app storage until you delete it or remove the app. Subscription and advertising data is encrypted in transit and retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob according to their service, legal, fraud-prevention, advertising, and financial record obligations.
Children
ScopeGlow is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
